Deposit payment of minimum 60% is required to confirm a booking. Up to 100% pre-payment may apply during holidays and peak season

Unless otherwise requested by the guest at the time of booking, a 100% prepayment will be charged to guest' credit card if payment via credit card. 

We apply a no cancellation and no amendment policy to all our properties. Refunds upon cancellation and no-show are strictly at the discretion of management

All children are welcome. There is no capacity for extra beds in the rooms. Maximum occupancy for all our properties include children. Management reserves the right to deny guests who come in larger numbers unless previously agreed. Additional persons above the maximum occupancy will be charged RM 50.00 per person per night. 

​Pets are not allowed.

TERMS

*IMPORTANT – Our normal check-in time starts from 3pm onwards. We can accommodate early/late check-in on special request and depending on time of prior check-out. In order to serve our guests best, please inform us of any change of time of arrival 24 hours prior to check-in. We understand that there may be emergencies which may delay your arrival, in which case please inform us ASAP to allow us to reschedule your check-in accordingly. 

Parties, BBQ, gatherings and other functions are not permitted without knowledge or approval of Management and will incur a fee ranging between RM150.00 and RM300.00 to be paid in full prior to check in date. Any "parties" held without informing Management will result in the security deposit being forfeited.

Please note that daily housekeeping is not included however can be arranged at the rate of RM80.00 without linen/towel change or RM120.00 including. Please inform Shamrock Beach Penang Villas  in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

A security deposit of MYR 300.00 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
